This is what I subscribed for. The game of cricket has become such a travesty that everything else is interesting by comparison.

"It must be nice to always believe you know better, to always think you're the smartest person in the room."

Does Mario’s without an. apostrophe have any cricketers as customers- sounds like a place Peter Hatzacoglu whom I’ve no doubt spelt wrongly would relish- could we have more about the menu please - will it be open on Mothers Day ?? - quality of the chips ???

I had lunch with Pete at Marios just last month!

I've been enjoying Marios most of my life - and never noticed the apostrophe.

A shocking reflection on me - a regular grammar policeman most days and nights.

Those pan-fried chicken livers! Oy vey.

Ha, was just listening to Jonathan Green's 'Every Bite' pod at Marios - https://www.abc.net.au/listen/programs/every-bite/marios-cafe-restaurant-how-to-last-40-years-in-hospitality/106556846

And as an old Fitzroy local who just passed through last month, how wonderful to be served once again by Massimo.

I never quite understood why Holly Hunter’s character got so upset with William Hurt’s character for doing the reverse cutaways with the tears. It was TV! Still, I reckon she would have liked Marios.
