Connecting Operation Sindoor with what happened on a cricket field is just plain bizarre to me . I am sick of all the vitriol in the Indian media and the endless chest thumping and political posturing .

Re Agar and this not being inspiring for the next generation: is it not “inspiring” in almost exactly the way that the BJP would be hoping for? (Cf international sporting event with primarily domestic political purposes; which many in the Indian team seem to explicitly - and willingly? - be part of)

So Gideon ... how did the interior designer react to your ceiling high library when making suggestions about clean lines and an easy sale of your Carlton joint? I'm thinking ... "This won't do. A couple of succulents, a creeper and a Michelle Obama bio on these shelves. What is it the owner does again"?
