Call me old fashioned but I found the first round of county cricket fixtures far more interesting than the IPL's latest matches, spent a wonderful Sunday at Lords in the sunshine watching Middlesex on their way to victory against a plucky but outclassed Gloucestershire for whom Cameron Bancroft contibuted just 6 runs in the match including a first innings duck.
