Ah how the memory plays tricks. I distinctly remember being in a pub to watch the last session as we sought those final few wickets. I know exactlty who I was with and I can vividly recall the shot off Dizzy going down past slips for four which all but ended our hopes. But I thought Harbhajan hit the shot and the shape of the inside of the pub I think I was at doesn't look the same as the picture I have in my mind of my mates and me sat in front of a big screen... so strange
The catching! Mark Waugh's absolute stunner that nearly won the game. But also - and one rarely gets to write this - the Indian catching in the 2nd oz innings was staggering too. Out of their skins - and won them the series you'd reckon.

As I’ve said before oh for the eyesight of the young- incredible Thomas

Be still, my beating heart.
