I get the point of bowling or even fielding with the towel, but why does Konstas need one to bat? My understanding was that it was only needed to dry the ball or the hands to stop it getting wet and you cant do that as a batter. Regardless, phenomenal shots! Almost makes you think you are there.

Great observation about the towel. Couldn't figure it out either. AB Devilliers was another batsman who always batted with a towel.
